ELFIN HAIR utilizes reliable carriers such as USPS, Ontrac, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Royal Mail for global shipping.

Total Delivery Time:
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time:
After placing an order, it typically takes 1 business day to process your shipment if it's in stock. For some items that are out of stock, it would take 3-7 business days to customize by the factory! If there are issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Shipping Time & Cost:

USA: 3-6 Days (Duty Included) Standard Shipping
Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy etc,.: 5-8 Days (Duty Included) Standard Shipping

Shipping time and costs may vary due to unexpected factors like adverse weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. 

Due to recent changes in destination customs policies, especially in the United States, some orders may be delayed by 2–5 days. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

 

1. Standard Shipping (Free):
We offer free standard shipping via YunExpress on all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days after processing.
 

2. Express Shipping via FedEx:
You can upgrade to FedEx Express shipping for an additional $19.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after processing.
 

3. Free FedEx Upgrade:
Orders over $500 will automatically be upgraded to FedEx Express shipping at no extra cost.
